Mira Mesa is located in the heart of San Diego County and draws its strength from its diversity. It is located just minutes from the county’s business center in Sorrento Valley as well as its world-famous military base, the Marine Corps Air Station at Miramar. In addition, it is bordered on the east and west by busy interstates, making this a strategic crossroads community. Mira Mesa is a popular area for young families, featuring quality schools and proximity to beaches and other recreational facilities. Perhaps its most unique feature is the multi-cultural makeup of the community.

Harbor’s vision is as diverse as the makeup of Mira Mesa. We feel a special connection to families with young children, and we look forward to the ways in which our children’s programs will nurture and enrich the lives of our kids. We also want to be involved in serving Mira Mesa by joining with others in meeting the various practical needs of our neighborhoods. Most importantly, we desire to demonstrate the reality of God’s love for the world, found in Jesus Christ, by becoming a church that reflects the ethnic, cultural and economic diversity of our community.
